How do I make a purchase?

Shopping with us is really easy! Just follow these few steps:

  1. Select your products and add them to your shopping basket
    Browse our online shop, choose from our range and add your favourites to your shopping basket.

  2. Proceed to checkout
    Once you have selected everything, click on the shopping basket icon and proceed to checkout.

  3. Enter your details
    Fill in all the necessary information, including the address where the parcel should be delivered (home, office or wherever you want).

  4. Select the shipping method
    Currently, all our parcels are delivered by our partners UPS and GLS.

    We offer reliable and fast delivery within EU through our trusted logistics partners.

    Shipping partners: UPS and GLS

    Standard packaging time: within 24 hours on week days (except bank holidays) after placing and completing your order.

    Payment methods available:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash or by card directly to the UPS or GLS courier.
    • Cash on delivery is only available for orders with a cart value of up to €600.
    • All other payment methods available in checkout depending on your selection and options in your country.

    Delivery note:
    If the courier cannot reach you at home, your parcel will automatically be redirected to the nearest UPS or GLS pick-up point. You will receive detailed information by SMS or email.
