§ 1 General Information

These Terms of Service govern all purchase contracts concluded through the online store rollzeurope.com between CNA Trade s.r.o. and consumers or businesses. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

§ 3 Formation of Contract

3.1 The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

3.2 By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

3.3 A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order by e-mail or when the goods are dispatched.

3.4 We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on the website.

4.3 Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

§ 5 Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframes specified on the product page.

5.2 Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and circumstances beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Notice

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — CNA Trade s.r.o., 28. října 770/6, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, e-mail: info@rollz.cz, WhatsApp/Phone: +420 733 121 290 — by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

§ 7 Age Verification and Product Safety

7.1 All products in this store are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.

7.2 The products are intended for collector purposes. CNA Trade s.r.o. accepts no liability for damage resulting from use contrary to the intended purpose.

7.3 Products must be stored out of reach of children and minors at all times.

7.4 CNA Trade s.r.o. accepts no responsibility for the storage of products after their purchase by the customer.

§ 8 Warranty

8.1 Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with applicable law.

8.3 CNA Trade s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

§ 9 Data Protection

All personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

§ 10 Applicable Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, provided that mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence are not thereby excluded.

10.2 Consumers resident in EU member states benefit in all cases from the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law applicable in their country of residence.

§ 11 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Registered customers will be notified of any changes in advance of their entry into force. Continued use of the store after the amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

§ 12 Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
